It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s … the Lincoln-Way East High School fall play!

The Lincoln-Way East Theatre Company will present the superhero comedy “May the Farce be with You” this weekend.

“The creativity displayed by this cast is absolutely amazing and hilarious,” said Lincoln-Way East teacher and fall play sponsor Hilary Gansauer in a press release from Lincoln-Way Community High School District 210.

The superhero spoof by David Rogers follows the Elite Idealistic Earth Individuals Organization (E.I.E.I.O.) as they try to save the planet from an intergalactic villain named Star Raider.

Performances will take place at 7 p.m. on Oct. 4 and Oct. 5, and at 2 p.m. on Oct. 6, at Lincoln-Way East High School. Tickets cost $5 at the door.
