Mug Shot Gallery: Lincoln-Way Arrests Nov. 14-28

Daniel M. Biciste, 34, Mokena, was charged by Joliet police on Nov. 19 for aggravated DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.
Preston Lewis Bradly, 45, Joliet, was arrested by New Lenox police Nov. 20 on a DuPage County warrant.
Benjamin A. Bradshaw, 17, Frankfort, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police on Nov. 21 and charged with felony theft.
John R. Burns, 52, Mokena, was arrested by New Lenox police on Nov. 25, and charged with driving on a revoked license.
Joshua A. Cerrone, 21, Mokena, was arrested by Mokena police on Nov. 17 and charged with domestic battery.
Michael Ellul, 48, Mokena, was arrested by Will County sherrif's police on Nov. 21 and charged with four counts of violating an order of protection.

Every week or two, we'll show some of the mug shots of people arrested in New Lenox. The photos will be supplied by the Will County Sheriff's Department, New Lenox, Mokena or Frankfort Police Departments.

This week, all pictures were submitted by the Will County Sheriff's Department and taken when the accused were booked between Nov. 14 and Nov. 28.

Information for the Mug Shot Gallery is provided by law enforcement agencies. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions taken on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court. If you or a family member are charged or cited and the case is subsequently adjudicated, we encourage you to notify the editor. We will verify and report the outcome.

I think it's ridiculous you put people's pictures out here like this with no explanation of what they did! People will naturally assume the worst! Just like your police blotter news, do you put out the news when the arrested was found innocent? Of course not! Not to mention the ones that get a Lil favor from those involved and get there names "stamped" so it does not get printed in blotter

Agree with Ron. This posting of mug shots is big business now. Multiple companies out there posting pics on Internet and you have to pay to remove them. Should not be legal. You are innocent till proven guilty. This is a travesty what they are doing to people

Awwww poor criminals getting their pictures shown online. If you don't want your picture shown, don't break the law!! This is what's wrong with America, having sympathy and pity for those that don't deserve it.

Mug shots are public property and it is our right as people to know. We can go to the NL police website and get the same information. Grow-up.

Well, they should be. My point is that it is public knowledge, you can see it in the news paper every week.
