The Mokena Christmas Fest offered seasonal fun for Mokena families on Nov. 17 at Mokena Elementary School.
Kids and parents had the opportunity to make crafts, decorate cookies and, of course, meet the man of the hour himself ... Santa.
Reptile expert Jim Nesci provided entertainment with the help of his cold blooded partner, Bubba the alligator. Local crafters also attended the event, giving parents an opportunity to start their Christmas shopping early.

What a fantastic event! It was great to see the families come together for a day of fun and interaction. Many thanks to the Mokena Chamber of Commerce for this great event!
