Man in Short Skirt Flashes 7-Eleven Customers
Luis R. Garcia, 33, of the 19300 block of South 166th Avenue, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at 4:22 p.m. after walking around the 7-Eleven, 19101 S. Wolf Road, in a short blue skirt with nothing on under it. According to the report, Garcia repeatedly bent over to pick up items, exposing his naked butt and genitals to several customers in the store.
When asked what he was doing, Garcia told police he was dressed like that because he was hot, the report stated.
He was taken into custody and later released on $100 bond. His next court date is Oct. 10.

Neighborly Complaint Turns Into Warrant Arrest
Heath C. Zeller, 42, of the 11300 block of Wexford Drive, was arrested on an outstanding South Champaign County warrant for failure to appear in court after he went to the Mokena Police station to discuss a neighbor dispute.
The officer that met with Zeller to discuss the dispute asked for Zeller's name and date of birth in order to document the incident, the report said. But when he entered Zeller's information, he was notified of the outstanding warrant. The officer then took Zeller into custody.
Zeller posted a $250 bond and the $75 fee for failure to appear in court. His next court date is in Oct. 1 in Urbana.
