If the 18 year old, who is considered an adult, "is charged with underage drinking, improper lane usage, improper lighting and driving without insurance," then where is the DUI charge? He obviously was drinking and driving. Looks like he will be going through the "baby" court and just get his hands slapped.

Just because he was drinking does not mean he was drunk. Anything over .08 is a DUI, he could have been under that and passed the sobriety tests. All they have to do is smell the alcohol. 18 is considered an adult, but 21 is legal age to drink, which would mean underage drinking.. For an 18 year old there is a zero tolerance law if he was driving, his drivers license will be suspended for a period of time and he will have plenty of fines to pay and take alcohol & driving classes to get his license back and they are not cheap..And I am not sure how many kids you have had or know that have gone through these things to say there is such thing as a "baby" court or a slap on the hand,
