What Should Go Here? Empty Retail Space Next To JCPenneys

New businesses fill the shopping center on Wolf Road and Route 30, but there are still open spaces. Patch wants to know: What Should Go there?

Located between JCPenney and the future home of Party City USA, the vacant storefront at 11327 W. Lincoln Highway is ready for a business to open its doors. The shopping center has several businesses already entrenched in the location, however the storefront next to Penney's awaits a business.

With a shopping giant next door, would a family resturant be a good fit? What about a bike shop, or a bait shop? Patch wants to hear what readers have to say about the location. So, we ask: What Should Go Here?

To lease the space, please contact Mid-America Asset Management at (693) 954-7300.

While thinking about it, check out our other What Should Go Here posts from previous weeks and let us know!
