In April, Patch asked our readers about retail space in the Mokena Mills strip mall. Four months later, space is still available, so Patch again asks: What Should Go Here?
The last time Patch asked readers what should go here, there were several units awaiting occupants in the building at 19806 Wolf Road. Now, several businesses have taken up shop in the location, but there is still space for more.
Unit No. 105 on the first floor of the building currently sits empty and is ready for a local eatery, boutique or possibly a small gym to move on in.
In a previous What Should Go Here, Patch spoke with realtor Dan Hurley, who said, “they're just waiting for the right tenant to swoop in and put their personal touch” on the location.
