I've used a company called Artisan Heating & Cooling for both my heat and air since at least 2009...they stand behind their service/warranties..I've called them usually on a Sunday night when we had a lot of snow falling and they came out as soon as they could. They are located in Frankfort at 101 Ontario St..and if anyone were to ask me, they are the ones I've used and would recommend. I'm a 40+ year resident of Frankfort and I've asked about a furnace replacement and they gave me all the information I needed and have NOT pestered me to make up my mind with mail/calls. We have been using Climate Master Mechanical for over 20 years! They've provided emergency service on multiple occassions. They are honest and reliable and we have always felt we were treated professionally and fairly. We won't call anyone else!
