The Summit Hill Junior High School 7^th grade girls’ basketball team recently closed their season earning top billing in the Des Plaines Valley Conference.  The Spartans celebrated a perfect regular season, posting 20 consecutive wins.  The highlight of the season for the girls was playing against conference rival, Hickory Creek Middle School, on the home court of Lincoln Way North High School.  The Phoenix hosted the game on November 7, giving the younger players an opportunity to play on their future high school court.  This year’s team members were:  Nicolette Blasgen, Olivia Contreras, Lani Grayer, Lily Hicks, Hannah Hill, Lauren Hunter, Sydney Limon, Amanda Logan, Brittany Miller, Nicole Miller, Claire Stec, Carolyn Waleski, and Ashley Wolzon.
