This motorcycle event, sponsored by the Illinois Veterans Foundation, is to honor the state's "wounded warriors." It starts at Pipefitters Local Union 597 and ends at ASIP Local 150 in Wilmington. There will be a huge after-party at the destination, with food, beer, entertainment and vendors.
The lineup begins at 8 a.m., and the ride starts at 11 a.m. In case of rain, the event will be rescheduled for Sept. 2.
