Mokena Mayor Joe Werner Invites you and your family to attend the "7th Annual Mayors Charity Chili Party". Proceeds benefit "Local Wounded Veterans". Sample great Chili and watch The Chicago Bears vs. The Seatle Seahawks - Game starts @ 12:00 pm.
Admission includes chili tasting, or hot dog, popcorn and one non-alcoholic beverage AND...the chance to VOTE for your favorite Chili!

The VFW was created in 1899 to honor and provide services to soldiers returning from war in foreign countries. Today, the VFW includes 2.2 million members at more than 8,100 VFW posts throughout the world. This post is located on Wolf Road, across from the Metra station, and enjoys the company of soldiers and weekly bingo players.
