DESCRIPTION:Senior Services of Will County is offering  the 12-week Tai C
 hi  Program for people over 50 years of age.&nbsp\; The  ancient Chinese
  art of  Tai Chi is an especially good way for older  adults to exercise
 \, reduce  the likelihood of falls\, prevent injuries and  improve quali
 ty of  life.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;\nThe classes will be held at the Frank
 fort Township Hall\, 11000 Lincoln Highway\, Frankfort\, IL  beginning o
 n Monday\, March 12\,  2012 and ending on Monday\, May 28\,  2012.&nbsp\
 ;&nbsp\; The Tai Chi Classes are at  the beginner level and will be held
   every Monday afternoon from  12:30pm to 1:30 pm.&nbsp\;&nbsp\; Mr. Way
 ne Jupiter of  WDJ Productions is the Tai  Chi instructor with 14 years 
 of experience.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;\nThe goal of the class is to improve balanc
 e and to prevent falls\,   increase flexibility\, and reduce stress.&nbs
