Old Plank Trail Community Bank Hosts Junior Savers Back to School Supply Drive

Come on out to help kids in the community get back to school! Old Plank Trail Community Bank will be hosting a Junior Savers Back to School Drive to donate school supplies for children in need. The donated supplies will support the Morning Star Mission, a Joliet organization that provides food, clothing, and shelter for homeless families.

List of School Supplies Needed:

·      3-prong and 2-pocket folders (any color)

·      Spiral notebooks (1, 3, and 5 subject – wide ruled preferred)

·      Loose leaf paper (wide ruled preferred)

·      Index cards (3x5 and 4x6)

·      Pink erasers

·      Ear phones and ear buds

·      Pens (black, blue, red, or green)

·      Erasable pens (black or blue)

·      Pencils

·      Protractors

·      Compasses

·      Zip loc bags (gallon or quart)

·      Scissors (pointed and round tip)

School supplies will be collected at all Old Plank Trail Community Bank and Orland Park Bank & Trust locations from Thursday, August 1 to Saturday, August 24. Participants who stop by the bank to donate will qualify to enter a raffle to win a $50 Target gift card.* The winners will be announced on the last day of the school supply drive, Saturday, August 24.
