Know 'Kena: Spot the Spot and New Rules

Welcome to "Know 'Kena," a daily look into the town around you.

Some days it will be a picture you have to identify, other days a trivia question, historical photo or other goodie from Mokena's past, present or future. The answers will be revealed each week in Saturday's news quiz.

Today's challenge is:

Do you know where this photos was taken?

OK, now that we've got today's challenge up, here are the changes that I mentioned in the last few Know 'Kenas were upcoming.

Basically, rather than a big grab bag of topics, photos, etc., we're going to be going on a schedule so you can know what to expect every day Monday through Saturday. Think of it like Trivial Pursuit with a new category of question each day.

The categories are:

Monday: Spot the Spot (See if you can tell where in Mokena the hidden photo was taken)
Tuesday: Time Machine (A question from Mokena's past)
Wednesday: Sign Language (We blur, erase or otherwise Photoshop a local business' sign and you see if you can still ID the business)
Thursday: The Senseless Bureau (We turn to random U.S. Census Bureau data for a look at who we are)
Friday: Potpourri (Questions about any topic, including scented dried flowers)
Saturday: News Quiz and the Week's Answers
