Meet Chicago Blackhawks Legend Stan Mikita Saturday in Frankfort

Legendary Blackhawks center Stan Mikita will appear in Frankfort Saturday, May 31.

Mikita will sign autographs at SidsGraphs.com, at 11 S. White St. in downtown Frankfort from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The Slovak-born Canadian helped win the Blackhawks the 1961 Stanley Cup. He played with superstar teammate Bobby Hull, together creating the most powerful and formidable offense of the 1960s. Early in his career, Mikita was the most-penalized player in the league, but went on to turn over a new leaf and earn praise for his sportsmanship.
