Halloween Hollow

The 29th annual Halloween Hollow is coming to Main Park, 10915 LaPorte Road, on Friday, Oct. 15, from 6-10pm (carnival and food only) and Saturday, Oct. 16, from 10am to 5pm with all rides, food, activities, entertainment, Free Haunted Trail, hayrides and contests.

A $20 unlimited carnival ride wristband will be available Friday night.

On Saturday, visitors can take advantage of the $25 unlimited ride wristband. Many other fun, fall activities are offered throughout the day including the costume parade and contest, check-in 9:30am at the concession building. Contestants will parade through Halloween Hollow. Prizes are awarded in various age divisions.

The Free Haunted Trail appeals to all ages with numerous spooktacular scenes provided by local businesses, civic organizations, and individuals. Trail visitors can vote for their three favorite scenes as they walk through the trail. Scenes will compete for a first or second place prize of $150 or $75 in two categories: Dummy Mummies or Living Mortals.

Free entertainment will take place throughout the day including a magic show and more. Visitors also will delight in viewing award-winning Jack-O-Lantern and Great Pumpkin Contest entries.

New contests this year – Scream Queen for girls in grades 3-8 and Mummy Wrap for boys in grades 3-8.

The popular Treat Barn will be open for children, preschool to eighth grade, to receive a bag full of treats. Please remember bags are first-come, first-serve!

The famous Scarecrow Laboratory offers materials to create a life size scarecrow to take home.

Other activities include hayrides, horse rides, face painting, pumpkin patch, carnival rides, petting zoo, and more.

Our many merchandise and craft vendors will be selling toys, kids items, and beautiful fall creations for fest-goers to add to their Halloween or autumn decorating.

The Ghoulish Goodies Food Court will offer a variety of favorites to satisfy any monster's appetite including favorites such as hot dogs, nachos, pizza, funnel cake, popcorn, hot chocolate and much more.

Admission to the festival is $3 per car on Saturday.
