Out of Focus Entertainment's Showcase Karaoke II Competition is a 7-week touring Karaoke contest where singers compete to win a $1,000 cash prize while being professionally recorded in a rockstar style atomosphere!
Currently, open qualifying for Showcase Karaoke II is being held at 191 South, 10160 191st Street in Mokena on Tuesdays from March 1, 2011 to April 5, 2011 (With the exception of Fat Tuesday, March 8, 2011). There is no cover charge to attend this event and no entry fee to register to qualify. Registration is on Tuesday nights from 9pm-10pm. The competition begins at 10:30pm, with open karaoke before and after. The open karaoke is for everyone, including those who are not participating in the competition.
The Semi-Finals round will be on Tuesday, April 19, 2011, at 9pm and the $1000 Finals round will be on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at 9pm.

The Showcase Karaoke II Competition is hosted by Chicago personality, Lauren Strec. Miss Strec has been seen on Comcast, WGN, ABC, as well as Party 934 Radio and various live events in and around the Chicagoland area.
