Theatre Holds Auditions for "Rapunzel"

Auditions for the April performances of "Rapunzel" will be by appointment on Jan. 15 and Jan. 22 for students in kindergarten through high school.

Students should prepare to learn a short dance combination, read from the script and sing 16 measures of a Broadway style song. Script selections and songs are available at www.allaboutmusicmokena.com. There are 22 singing and non-singing roles available as well as ensemble and specialty dancer parts. Some or all of the parts may be double cast to accomodate more students.

Auditions classes are being offered on Jan. 11 at the theatre.

Performances will be at the Lincoln-Way East Fine Arts Center in Frankfort on April 29-30 and May 1.
