More about Whiz Kids:

Know a great kid who made Eagle Scout or did your local soccer team take the championship? They may be our next Patch Whiz Kid honoree.

Each week, Mokena Patch will seek suggestions from readers for individual  kids, youth groups, teens and even sports teams that wow us with their accomplishments. We want to hear about these amazing children and teens and select one each week as the Patch Whiz Kid. Submit your nomination in our comment box below or e-mail the information to caroline.evans@patch.com. Be sure to include all of the following information: name, age/grade, school, accomplishment and 100-200 words on the key to their "awesomeness."

I was Justas art teacher in Kindergarten through 3rd grade. From the start, Justas had an excellent eye and great talent. He then added to his natural talent a great work ethic and seriouness in his work you do not see in a student that age. It is outstanding to see he is still developing his potential as an artist. Keep creating Justas, I can't wait to see all of the artwork you will give to the world. Mr. H.
