What Should Go Here? Showroom and Distribution Warehouse on Willow Lane
Located just off LaGrange Road, a former showroom and distribution center warehouse is looking for a new occupant. Patch wants to know: What Should Go Here?
Formerly a bath fixture showroom and distribution center, the massive warehouse at 9645 W. Willow Lane now sits vacant. Though some of the showroom features are still in the building, which is two stories and has a second store front as well, the building is currently for lease through Newmark Knight Frank.
According to the company's website, the facility features 55,150 square feet of space on 3.84 acres of land. Of the available space, more than 6,500-feet are office space. The building also has 12 exterior docks, an elevator and a large amount of outside storage space.
