What Should Go Here? Vacant Office Building on Bormet Drive

Just off of La Grange Road sits the High Point One office building, which currently has no tenants. What Should Go Here?

Office space is something every business needs. Big or small, businesses need a home base, or bases, where the management can meet, field phone calls and form strategies for the next big innovation.

In Mokena, there are several office buildings that currently sit empty or half-full, leaving space for any number of small- to medium-sized businesses to call home. Just off LaGrange Road, at 9500 Bormet Drive, sits the High Point One building, just one of many vacant office spaces in the area.

Inside High Point One are five office spaces, ranging in size from 633- to 5,500-square-feet for office space leasing with flexible shorter & long term options, with base prices listed at $11.90/SF/Year.

Each of the suites features at least one private office, Energy Star building materials and plenty of parking.

So, Patch wants to know: What Should Go Here? Is this the spot for a growing home business ready to expand, a calling center for a major corporation or something else? You tell us in the comments below.

Jeff, Actually there are some very viable businesses in the building: Design Tek Engineering, Wintrust Mortgage Company, Senior Helpers, & Applied Proactive Technologies among a few more. We do have some vacancies, so we appreciate the help! Thanks and we are looking for the readers comments. John Olivieri
