Who's Leading in BEST Grocery Store Voting?
Mariano's and Berkot's are the favorites in Frankfort and Mokena with just a few more days of voting left.

Mariano's leapt out to a strong lead but a push by Berkot's fans in recent days narrowed the gap. Walt's was a strong third, but Jewel has surged in the voting in the last day. The voting began Nov. 20.
Says Patch community member Elaine Wilson: "Each store has it's own little treasures and I shop ALL of them ... just depends on what is on sale and what I need. Mariano's is at the top of the list for variety and specialty foods, moving ahead of Dominick's. Berkot's and Walt's usually have some nice deals. All depends what I am doing ... family or party!"
