The Festa Italiano comes to Mokena with great food, fun and Entertainment!
This is a first for Mokena! A traditional feast of our Lady of Mount Carmel with a procession from the Old St. Mary's Cemetery to the Fest tent at the Metra Lot and then a religious ceremony and explanation of the feast. Followed at One O clock by a day of music and food and beverage!Entertainment will include.
Ashley Ashton, The Iron Skillet Band, Joe Zirconia (as Neil Diamond), Vince DiFiore (Frank Sinatra), Lisa Krystina (Operatic and classical Italian Songs), Franco Martarana ( World renown Tenor) and David Molinari and "The Fabtones" 60's Dance tribute band!
Pizza, Pasta, Beef and sausage sandwiches, Italian Deserts, Hot Dogs and more with Wine, Beer, Soda, Lemon Shake-ups and water being served.
Beggars Pizza, Aurelios, Tony's Villa Rosa, The sweet Company, and Hearland memorial and the Food Crew and CCW providing the treats for your palate!
