Frankfort Brass Band to give concert at St. John's UCC Mokena

The Frankfort Brass Band will be giving a free concert at St. John’s United Church of Christ at 6:00 on March 23.  The church is located at 11100 Second Street in Mokena.  The Frankfort Brass Band is under the direction of Michael Orenic.

The Concert will feature patriotic music and will honor the different branches of the military.  The Frankfort Brass Band plays at Midway airport, on the return of the honor flight, to welcome back the veterans.  An offering will be taken to sponsor a veteran on an honor flight.  

A WWII veteran will be at the concert to talk about his honor flight experience. An escort will also be there to talk about what all happens on an honor flight.
