The event starts with the Pet Parade which includes a ¼ mile fun walk along the Main Park wooded trail. All animals are welcome for the parade. Parade prizes will be awarded in the following categories: Best Dressed, Most Exotic, Most Original, Smallest Pet and Largest Pet! Costumes are optional. Registration for the Pet Parade is 1:00-1:30 p.m.
After the parade, approx. 2:00 p.m., the Jim Nesci's Cold Blooded Creatures show will entertain young and old alike. Then an afternoon of canine contests for our four-legged friends will begin approx. 2:30 p.m. and include: Woof-Off, Look-Alike, Best Tail Wagger, and Hot Dog Relay. Registration for the dog contests is 1:00-2:00 p.m. Sponsors. vendors and give-a-ways will be available throughout the afternoon. For the safety of your dog and others, please be sure the dog’s vaccinations are current. All dogs must be on a leash. Times and activities are subject to change.
