Aurelio’s Mokena Celebrates St. Paddy’s Day

It’s St. Paddy’s and who else would care to celebrate but the Italians?! Aurelio’s Mokena is showing its Irish side, offering an Italian take on St. Paddy’s day with specials for their Reuben pizza. The Reuben pizza has a base of Thousand Island dressing and comes fully loaded with corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and a sprinkle of mozzarella. The pizza is available in small ($14.25), medium ($19.75), large ($24.75) and fiesta ($29.25) sizes.

For a more traditional meal, Aurelio’s is offering an age-old export of Ireland – corned beef, on Aurelio’s corned beef or Reuben sandwiches. The corned beef sandwich is available for $7.50, and for just a little bit extra, you can add swiss cheese! The Reuben sandwich is $8.50.

“We get tons of calls leading up to St. Paddy’s Day, asking about the Reuben pizza,” says Jay Kaplan, Owner at Aurelio’s Mokena. “We’re just so excited that we’re able to continue the tradition of providing this special pizza to the Mokena community.”
