Mokena Resident Named President, The Judicial Sales Corporation
Nancy R. Vallone has been promoted to president of The Judicial Sales Corporation (TJSC, www.tjsc.com), a subsidiary of Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. (ATG®, www.atgf.com).
“With more than 30 years experience in the mortgage foreclosure industry, Nancy is the ideal leader for The Judicial Sales Corporation. She is very hands-on, and has the long-term vision and good judgment to ensure the proper resources are in place to achieve our company's goals,” said ATG president and CEO, Peter Birnbaum.
Prior to joining TJSC in October 1991, she was a special commissioner of the federal court for six years and has conducted more than 20,000 foreclosure sales.

Founded in 1991, TJSC provides cost-saving services to foreclosing plaintiffs and their attorneys when a judicial sale is ordered in the course of a mortgage foreclosure action. Over the past several years, TJSC has achieved recognition by the judiciary and foreclosure attorneys for expeditiously performing the duties of a selling officer as defined within the Illinois Mortgage Foreclosure Law, enabling the company to expand services throughout Illinois.
Vallone lives with her husband Mike in Mokena, Ill., and serves on the board of Good News Partners.
