Arrest Warrants: Wanted DUI, Aggravated Battery and More in the L-W Communities

There are warrants out for the arrest of more than 100 accused criminals in the Lincoln-Way communities of New Lenox, Mokena and Frankfort. The Will County Sheriff's Department last updated its warrants list on July 11, 2013.

The list below pertains to people wanted driving under the influence, aggravated battery, criminal trespass and receiving or possession a stolen vehicle:

• The last known address for Robert W. Malzone, 42, was in the 600 block of Dartmouth, New Lenox. The warrant was issued on Nov. 29, 2012. He is wanted on a charge of aggravated battery. Bail was set at $10,000.
• The last known address for Mark L. Lundy, 44, was in the 1000 block of Shagbark Lane, New Lenox. The warrant for his arrest was issued May 7, 2009. He is wanted on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bail was set at $5,000.
  
• The last known address for Shannon C. Herderick, 33, was in the 9200 block of Arquilla Drive, Mokena. The warrant for her arrest was issued July 29, 2011. She is wanted on a charge of receiving or possessing a stolen vehicle. Bail was set at $100,000.
  
• The last known address for Jonathan F. Bradley, 20, was in the 21200 block of Old North Church Road, Frankfort. The warrant for his arrest was issued Feb. 2, 2012. He is wanted on a charge of criminal trespass to state land. Bail was set at $10,000.
