Frankfort Cops Stamping Out Youth Smoking: Frankfort Police Blotter

If this isn't cut off quick there's sure to be 2-year-olds smoking two packs a day. It could turn into another Sumatra.

The Frankfort police are apparently cracking down on the sale of tobacco to minors, as they ticketed four people for allegedly doing just that on Dec. 17. Here's who the cops charged:

  • Kimberly Bingham, 49, of, 2614 Marigold Drive in Sauk Village
  • Lynne Sypor, 46, of 21137 Dettmering St. in Matteson
  • Brandon Green, 29, of 829 Central Ave. in Matteson
  • Donna Kay Barnaby, 51, of 22160 104th Ave. in Frankfort

The police did not release where these people were working when they were allegedly selling tobacco to minors.
