Marijuana, Ecstasy Recovered During Traffic Stop: Blotter
Mokena police reports, May 3.

Video Game Theft
William J. Rubino, 19, of the 10400 block of Lexington Lane, Frankfort, was charged with theft, according to a report. He is accused of taking 4 Xbox games, which were sold to a local store. Rubino reportedly told police he was “sorry” and wanted to make restitution.
Ecstasy, Marijuana Possession
Kyle W. West, 21, of the 12700 block of Park Place, Crestwood, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without insurance, improper displaying of registration and improper lane use, according to a report. Police saw a car at about 8:30 p.m. near the 19700 block of Wolf Road cross the double yellow road lines. During the stop, police saw a metal smoking pipe in the armrest of the driver’s door. An officer recovered a substance that tested positive for 2.1 grams of marijuana and a white powder that test positive for ecstasy.
