Mokena Man Charged in Sex Crime with 16 Year Old Was On Parole
Parolee Gary Neff, 39, was having sex with his landlord's 16-year-old daughter, Sun-Times Media is reporting.
Gary B. Neff, 39, has been charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse and violating his parole after police accused him of having sex with the 16-year-old daughter of a Mokena resident who rented him a room, Sun-Times Media is reporting.
Neff, whose occupation is listed as "butcher" on the Will County Sheriff's Office website, was sentenced to nine years in prison in 2006 for delivering marijuana and cocaine, according to the Illinois Department of Corrections Inmate Search. Both charges were Class X felonies.
Neff was paroled in 2010.
