Police Blotter: DUI, Drug Paraphernalia Arrest on 191st

DUI, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on 191st

Amy L. Cannella, 22, of Mokena, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said. Cannella was stopped by police in the 1000th block of 191st Street when they saw the car she was driving swerve over the white dashed line. She failed a field sobriety test, police said. 

Home Damage

The window of a home in the 18800 block of Fox Grove was reported damaged. According to reports, it appeared that someone had damaged the window with a BB gun.

Out-of-State Warrant

Police arrested Careen S. Davids-Meyer, 25, of Mokena, on a warrant out of St. Joseph County, MI. She will be extradited and is awaiting trial.

DUI on 191st

David G. Murphy, 48, of Tinley Park, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, police said. Murphy was stopped by police after they saw his car swerving near 191st Street and 94th Avenue. He failed a field sobriety test, police said.
