Disorderly Conduct on Scarth

Michael A. Bulthius, of the 19900 block of Scarth Lane, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, police said. According to reports, Bulthius punched a car door while walking his dog. The victim told police he was driving eastbound on St. John and turned northbound onto Scarth, where Bulthius jumped in front of the car and then punched the passenger side, where the victim's 1-year-old daughter was sitting. Bulthius told police he hit the car when it accelerated after turning onto Scarth and he had to pull his dog out of the way. There was no damage to the car and Bulthius was released on bond pending a January court date in Joliet.

In-state Warrant    

Albert J. Godinez, 21, of the 10800 block of Pembroke Court in Frankfort, turned himself in to Mokena Police at the department's headquarters, 10907 Front St., for an outstanding in-state warrant. He was released on bond pending a January court date in Joliet.

Sunday, Dec. 12 

Cannabis possession

Michael Wachter, 19, of the 7500 block of Windmill Drive in Frankfort, was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis (30 grams or less). Wachter had been in a parked car with two others in the 19100 block of S. LaGrange. A patrol officer became suspicious when he saw one of the car windows was rolled halfway down in below-freezing weather. As the officer walked up to the vehicle, he saw Wachter stuff something into his sock or shoe. Wachter got out of the car when the officer asked him to and took a clear plastic bag containing 15 grams of green leafy substance out of his shoe. He was released on bond pending a January court date in Joliet.
