Three Mokena Teens Charged With Underage Drinking

Four teens, three of whom are from Mokena, were issued notices to appear in court at 2:30 a.m. on the 22300 block of La Grange Road in Frankfort.

Ryan J. Testa, 18, of the 19700 block of Glennell Avenue, is charged with underage drinking, improper lane usage, improper lighting and driving without insurance. A 17-year-old Mokena boy and a 16-year-old Homewood girl face charges of illegal consumption of alcohol and curfew violation. A 17-year-old Mokena boy is charged with illegal consumption of alcohol.

Their court date is March 14.
