Wanted by Police: DUI Arrest Warrants in the L-Way Communities

There are warrants out for the arrest of more than 100 accused criminals in the Lincoln-Way communities of New Lenox, Mokena and Frankfort.

The Will County Sheriff's Department last updated its warrants list on Oct. 20, 2013.

The list below includes warrants for driving under the influence:

  • Jerold J. Schwartz, 53, is wanted on charges of driving under the influence and DUI with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08. His last known address was in the 9600 block of Steger Road, Frankfort. The warrant for his arrest was issued on March 4, 2011. Bail was set at $2,000.
  • Richard Hofer, 77, is wanted on charges of driving under the influence and DUI with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08. His last known address was in the 20000 block of Graceland, Frankfort. The warrant for his arrest was issued on Jan. 31, 2013. No bail amount was listed.
  • Gary B. Neff, 40, is wanted on charges of driving under the influence and DUI with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08. His last known address was in the 19700 block of Glennell, Mokena. The warrant for his arrest was issued on March 19, 2012. Bail was set at $1,475.
  • Anthony V. Russo, 30, is wanted on a charge of driving under the influence of marijuana with a child passenger. His last known address was in the 19600 block of Beechnut Drive, Mokena. The warrant for his arrest was issued on March 21, 2012. Bail was set at $5,000.
  • James E. Cox, 55, is wanted on charges of driving under the influence and DUI with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08. His last known address was in the 700 block of Ogden Avenue, New Lenox. The warrant for his arrest was issued on Oct. 10, 2008. Bail was set at $1,500.
  • Anthony G. Diamond, 52, is wanted on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. His last known address was in the 1300 block of Cedar, New Lenox. The warrant for his arrest was issued on Jan. 8, 2009. Bail was set at $5,000.
