Red Paint Sprayed on Frankfort Cars: Will County Blotter

MONDAY, APRIL 15

Cars Spray Painted

Two cars were sprayed with red paint in Frankfort, according to reports. One happened in the 7300 block of West Braemar Lane. A 2007 BMW was spray painted on the wheels, windows and plates. Two garages in that same area also were hit. The other vehicle vandalized was a 2008 GMC Arcadia that was parked in the 19000 block of South Sophie Court.

Speakers Stolen

Two speakers and an amplifier were taken out of a vehicle pared in the 100 block of Michael Lane in New Lenox, according to a report.

Handbag Grabbed From Vehicle

Someone entered an unlocked vehicle in the 7000 block of West St. Francis Road in Frankfort and took a handbag containing $40 and a driver's license, according to a report.

FRIDAY, APRIL 12

Tools Taken

The driver's side window of a vehicle was broken and several tools were removed from a vehicle in the 8000 bloc of Wheatfield in Frankfort, according to a report.
