Berkot's Wins Best Grocery Store in Patch "Best Of" Poll

Berkot's Super Foods in Mokena is the winner in BEST OF voting for Best Grocery Store in Frankfort and Mokena.

Berkot's secured 36 percent of the Readers' Choice vote compared to Mariano's in Frankfort. The new Mariano's, which opened earlier this year, led in the voting until the final days, nabbing 31 percent of the vote. From Nov. 20 to Nov. 30, 826 votes were cast.

Berkot's and Mariano's were by far the most popular choices among members of the Patch community.
