D161 Live Blog Returns: Busing, Classroom Sizes Highlighted Wednesday's Meeting

After a bit of a summer vacation, the live blog of the Summit Hill School District 161 board meetings is back, beginning Wednesday, Aug. 8, at the meeting at the .

But the blog you've followed in the past will be a bit different for the time being. Patch is trying out a new live-blogging platform that not only has a new look but also new features, such as commenting from Facebook and blocking commenters who use inappropriate language.

Is there a blog for tonight's meeting/are you covering it at all? I see the agenda has some things to do with more resignation, hiring, and transportation...as well as the bonds issue.

Blog coming back soon. Listening to podcasts are interesting. Sounds like the board is ready to toss the superintendent under the bus along with the new finance directors? What am I missing?
