30th Annual JJC Alumni Brunch

Joliet Junior College alumni, retirees, faculty, staff, and friends are invited to attend the 30th annual JJC Alumni Brunch on Sunday, June 12, in the Renaissance Center Grand Ballroom, 214 N. Ottawa St., Joliet.

This year, the Alumni Brunch will celebrate class reunions for the years 1961, 1971 and 1981. In addition, the Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award will be presented to Dr. Daniel Gutierrez ’58, physician and medical director; and Robert Baca ’77, professor of music.

The Susan H. Wood Hall of Fame award will be presented to Dr. Emily C. Zabrocki, professor emeritus, JJC nursing program.

A champagne reception will kick off the event at 11 a.m., followed at noon with a welcome message and brunch prepared by JJC culinary arts students and staff. The program and awards presentation will begin at 1 p.m.

Cost to attend is $30 per person and complimentary tours of the Joliet Area Historical Museum will be offered following the ceremony.
