Summer Day Camps Begin in June

The Mokena Park District is offering Summer Sunshine Mini Day Camp for grades K-5, which meets from 9:25 a.m. to 12:25 p.m., and Kiddie Kamp for ages 3-5, which meets from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. 

Both camps begin the week of Monday, June 20, and are held at Main Park, 10925 LaPorte Road, Mokena.  

Limited openings are available.  Activities include games, stories, crafts, music, nature, and special surprises. Campers may choose to bring lunch or pre-order lunch from the Park District concession stand.

Camps meet two or four days a week. Two-day camps meet for 10 sessions. Fee $149.  Four-day camp meets for 20 sessions. Fee $298.  Fee includes camp T-shirt. Non-residents will pay an additional fee.

New this year – an optional sixth week is available.
