Know Before You Go: Registration Facts for D159 Students
Registration day is quickly approaching for D159 students, and Patch has the scoop on what students need to register for the coming year.
As summer draws a close, there's only a few things left to do before Mokena children have to return to school. Before school starts, parents need to register their kids at respective schools. Below, find all you need to know for registration.
WHAT TO BRING
Proof. Parents/students need to provide proof of residency. Proof of residency is dependent on the guardian of the student, who must fill out a proof of residency form. Proof of residency forms must include one item from both list A and B on the form, which is located in the middle of the form.
