Editor's Note: There will be no live blog of Wednesday's night's meeting. Currently, we're transitioning between the software that allows us to do the live blogs on the Patch sites. Unfortunately, the process is still ongoing, and that means we don't have anything available that allows us to live blog. But this should be completed by next month, and the live blogs will return with some enhancements that should create a better overall experience. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for your patience and cooperation. —Frankfort Patch editor Joe Vince
