Mokena Native Named Position Player of the Week
The Aurora University senior batted .440 during the Spartan's previous 5-1 week.
Aurora University senior outfielder Mike Foley of Mokena was recently named Northern Athletics Conference Baseball Position Player of the Week.
Throughout the Spartan’s past 5-1 week, Foley batted .440 with a double, seven RBIs and seven runs scored. That compares to his season hitting rate of .292 with one home run, one triple, four doubles, 19 RBIs and 18 runs.
Foley and the rest of the AU Spartan baseball team will face off with Maranatha Baptist Bible in Watertown, Wisconsin this Saturday, April 27.
