Last Chance to Catch a Movie in the Park

The Mokena Community Park District will host a Movies in the Park event on Friday, July 27. The park district will be showing "Smurfs," rated PG, beginning at about 8:45 p.m. The event is free to the public.

“Smurfs,” starting Neil Patrick Harris, features a combination of live action and computer-generated animation, telling the story of what happens when the Smurfs tumble out of their magical world and end up in New York City. The movie is rated PG.
