Keeping the Faith Fun: Mokena Churches Offer Vacation Bible School

School's out for summer—but for some youngsters, the fun has just begun. Area churches have planned lineups full of faith, fun and sun for their annual vacation Bible school. This year's programs feature a wide range of themes—from superheros to aviation. Below is a list of vacation bible schools, their locations, times, dates, themes and cost.
- What: Amazing VBS Desert Journey,
- When: July 9 through July 13, 9 to 11:30 a.m.
- How Much? $10 registration fee.
- Who? Registration is open to children 4 years old through fifth grade.
- Where do I sign? Parents can register online, at Amazing VBS Desert Journey website, or in person at the church. Registration closes June 30.
- What: SKY VBS
- When? June 25 through June 29, 9 a.m. to noon.
- How much? $15 registration fee.
- Who? Registration is open to children 4 years old through fifth grade.
- Where do I sign? Register online at the church's website or via the mail. Registration deadline is June 25.
- What: Amazing Wonders Avaition
- When? June 24 through June 28, 5:45 to 8 p.m.
- How much? $15 registration fee.
- Who? Registration is open to children 4 years old through fifth grade.
- Where do I sign? Register online at the church's website.
