I have dealt (happily) with this branch of Enterprise on a couple of occasions, but last weekend was the best yet. I only needed the car for Saturday until Sunday AM, so I was concerned that I might be charged for 2 full days, since they are closed on Sundays.
NO PROBLEM- they gave me a great “weekend rate” -33 dollars for the entire weekend!
(Total-no hidden fees). I was concerned about gas milage, and was assured they would do the best they could to get me a car with great gas mileage in my car category. When I arrived to pick up the car, they had upgraded me (at no extra charge) to a great car that got 30-35 MPG. it’s the little things, too…ie: They asked me if I needed someone to move any heavy things from my car to the rental. Before I left the lot with a car I was not familiar with, the customer service rep ((Ryan) stayed with me until he was sure I was comfortable in the car, and familiar with the operation basics. When I told him I would have the car back by Sunday, I was assured that the car was not due back until 10:00 AM
