I needed to overnight some important documents and used this location to ship. Paid $23 for letter to Chicago. Documents were never received. Tracking show documents never left this Mokena FedEx office.
Documents were stolen by an employee. Manager doesn't even return phone calls. Complete thieves. Avoid.
