Went to dinner there about 2 weeks ago. Their signature steak was absolutely great. The vegetables were over cooked, the soup was really bad, the service was excellent, the martini's were average. The cost was competitive. The place was packed. The hostess tried to direct us into the bar to eat, but we rejected that. She wasn't very happy about that, but became better as she took us to our table. We would go back. As people who eat out often know, restaurants in that location have been lousy since day one. Hope this is different. Should add that we went to Scrementi's down the street. The food was as good if not better, the service was good, the drinks are the best for really reasonable prices. We even met the owner who is just regular guy. Two good restaurants in town ---- WOW!!!
