Missio Dei Church
<p>Missio Dei is one of Mokena's newer churches and its congregation is correspondingly young (Pastor Paul Vroom, 40 years old, jokes that he is the "old" guy in the church, as his congregants tend to be in their 20s and early 30s). Missio Dei, affiliated with the Reformed Church in America, is a community-centered congregation that organizes small groups including missional communities, men's and women's ministries and a music ministry.
