Mokena Junior High School
Mokena Junior High School was built in 2001 to accommodate the population boom that took place in the Village at the turn of the century. It now holds about 830 students and 60 faculty and staff. With principal Mike Rolinitis at the helm, the school has become a fixture in the community, hosting concerts and sporting events after hours. It shares part of its grounds with the adjacent Grasmere Park.
